#RunIntoMadness #CanPraxis pretty great run around golf course been a while since I ran this route forgot how hilly it is so I did it twice. New speed time on this route but was still a slow run. All muscles feel a bit stiff must be mid training program soreness in week 8 now 8 to go before race day #BMOMarathon.
